How can I change my order?
You can send changes to shop@addeertz.com. We will be happy to make changes to your order as long as it hasn`t been shipped yet.

What if the item I want is sold out?
If the item you want is out of stock, please write to us at shop@addeertz.com and we are happy to let you know when an item is available again.

What is your shipping policy?
All domestic orders are shipped via DHL domestic service . Shipping rates within Germany are 6€, EU countries 16€ and Non EU countries are 24€.

What is your return/exchange policy?
We will gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please return merchandise with original tags and packaging, unwashed and unused. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Is the VAT included in the price?
The price of each product is stated excluding shipping costs but inclusive of the German rate of VAT (19%) and all import taxes within the EU.
